The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your project are described in the agreement or proposal we create together. Nothing on this website is a binding offer to provide services at a specific price; pricing and scope are confirmed during your consultation.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, interfere with its operation, scrape or reuse its content without permission, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

All content on this website — including videos, photography, text, and branding — is owned by High Tier Media or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

When you submit our booking or application form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. We use this information to review your application, contact you, and prepare recommendations for your business.

Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or guarantee we will accept your project; services begin after we discuss your needs and agree on scope and pricing.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive recurring text messages from High Tier Media about your booking, onboarding, reminders, appointments, and related services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; after you reply STOP, you will receive a brief confirmation and no further messages from that number unless you ask us to start again.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purposes.

For paid advertising services, advertising spend is paid separately by the client directly to the advertising platform (such as Meta) and is not included in our ads management fee. Our fee covers strategy, setup, management, optimization, and reporting.

Payment terms, including setup fees and any ongoing monthly costs, are agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are due by their stated due date. Late payments may pause work on your project until the account is current.

We work hard to help your business generate more leads, attract customers, and grow, but we do not guarantee specific results, lead counts, revenue, or search rankings. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and follow-up.

Our website is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Links to third-party websites or tools (such as scheduling platforms) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Tier Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or end services if terms are not met, including non-payment. You may stop working with us at any time by contacting us; any fees already paid for work completed remain due. Ongoing service agreements can be cancelled as described in your agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
